Shipping & Delivery
We are not ready/set up for shipping however, to get an idea on shipping with our company, here are a few notes:
Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Express shipping can take up to 2 days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. We will send out more information on shipping when our online sales go live.
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and will be calculated at checkout when shipping becomes available.
As of now, we do not offer free shipping. Once our online sales go live, we will give updates on shipping rates as well as dates and times associated with each order placed.
Unfortunately, we will not be shipping outside of the U.S.A.
We will be able to ship anywhere in the U.S.A. as long as your area is in accordance with UPS shipping standards.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within five days after the purchase is made.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you may be eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) will be handled by the customer.
