Boston Butt
The Boston Butt is a delicious cut of meat from the upper front shoulder of a pig. Also known as the Pork Butt, Pork Shoulder, or Blade Roast, the Boston Butt is typically 75% lean meat and 25% fat. This creates a perfectly juicy and tender consistency when slow cooking at low temperatures.
