Our Hangar Steak is a more tender cut of meat from the diaphragm of the cow. It has great flavor and is used often in fajitas and tacos! The Hanger Steak is a long, thin cut of meat and is also known as the Butcher's Steak, Hanging Tenderloin, Onglet, Lombatello (Italy), and Solomillo de pulmon (Spain). Just remove the inedible membrane/tender that runs through the center, use your favorite marinade, and cook to your perfection!
