The rich marbling in this steak creates the robust flavor and a delicious eating experience. 3D Cattle Co ages strips (and all steaks) in carefully controlled conditions for at least 21 days, which naturally brings out the full tenderness of the beef. 3D NY Strips are 1" thick with an avg. weight of 14 oz each.
